Class Reunion

This reunion is technically for the Class of 83, 84 and 85 but we have lots of people from other classes coming (we don’t turn anyone away) .  We would LOVE to have you come to the reunion as well.  You all had such a huge impact on us in school and are the subject of some great conversations on Facebook!  We have had several teachers come to our reunions in the past and everyone looks forward to seeing all of you and reconnecting with you. We would like to have as many teachers from the 80’s there as possible so if you are still in contact with any teachers from then please forward this information to them. The date is August 1-2, 2014!!!

The SENIOR EXIT SURVEY is MANDATORY & a REQUIREMENT to walk in the Graduation Ceremony.  Please click here and complete the survey now! All seniors MUST complete this survey by the end of April.

Patriot TV Morning Announcements

A reminder to all students. There are only two makeup days left to fix your unexcused absences. The dates are: April 26th and May 3rd. Remember that if you need to make up one hour, you need to stay for two.

Seniors: Graduation information has been mailed home.
If you have not received your information, or if you need another copy of it, please access the LakeBrantley.com website and print your materials.

Order Graduation Balloons at brantleyballoons.com.  All Senior balloons will be delivered on May 2nd. 
Orders can also be placed in Room 5-205.

The French Club will be having its last meeting of the year this Friday,
and will be holding elections for next year’s officers. If you would like to run for an office, please prepare a speech to present at the meeting. There will be pastries from a French bakery but members are also welcome to bring their own food.

at 1:30 in Portable 5.  All students are welcome

The Junior Class is having a Spirit Night today from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
at Chick-Fil-A in Hunt Club. All of the proceeds will go to the family of Guerin Scherpf.

Attention Seniors: If you took AP Government and Economics 1st semester,

SAC MEMBERSHIP NEWS

SAC is a wonderful way to get involved at LBHS and your help is needed. Members serve in an advisory capacity to the principal. The purpose of the SAC is to assist in the development of the educational programs, the School Improvement Plan and to advise the school on budgetary allocations and disbursement of funds as allocated by the state legislature. Our SAC at Lake Brantley works to promote communication and involvement between the School and the local community.

Our next scheduled meeting will be held on May 13, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. in the Media Center.  If you would like to be involved with SAC please submit (via e-mail) a brief “resume” that contains your name, contact number, your current affiliation with Lake Brantley H.S., and anything else you would like SAC to know about you to: Joe_Trybus@scps.k12.fl.us  Submission deadline is Friday, May 9, 2014. Bright Futures Deadline

Attention Seniors: Bright Futures Community Service hours are due no later than May 1st!
For the top Academic Scholarship, you need 100 hours and for the Medallion Scholarship the requirement is 75 hours. Make a plan to have your hours completed and paper work submitted to your Guidance Counselor by May 1st to qualify for Bright Futures Scholarships.
